“I've come to appreciate not only the quality and beauty of the furniture, but above all the care and attention this furniture company gives its customers, even years after their purchase. From the very beginning, Loris from customer service was incredibly helpful, attentive and professional, recommending the best solution to my problem. Despite being around 700 km away, he personally went out of his way to find a qualified installer in my area, showing a level of helpfulness and customer care that is far from guaranteed. I was extremely pleased with the work carried out by the company he recommended, who were highly professional, precise and skilled. I can therefore say with great satisfaction that Piombini's quality and professionalism, along with the beauty and craftsmanship of its furniture, extend far beyond the initial purchase: you can count on continued care and support even years later. Well done to the entire team, and especially to Loris for his professionalism and helpfulness. Highly recommended! 👏”

“Artisan craftsmanship and impeccable customer service I am extremely happy with my purchase: I chose the Tiziano chest of drawers in the distressed two-tone antique butter finish. The quality of the wood is evident, and the 5 drawers, adorned with beautiful geometric inlays, make it a true work of art that brings warmth to the bathroom. Delivery was on time and the packaging was impact-resistant. Special thanks to architect Emanuela for her impeccable assistance. Buying from Piombini is a guarantee of quality, and I can't wait to make my next purchase!”
