“I’ve come to appreciate not only the quality and beauty of the furniture, but above all the care and dedication this furniture company shows its customers, even years after purchase. From the very beginning, Loris from customer support was incredibly helpful, attentive and professional, recommending the best solution to my problem. Despite being around 700 km away, he personally went out of his way to find a qualified installer in my area, showing a level of helpfulness and customer care that is far from guaranteed. I was extremely pleased with the work carried out by the company he recommended, which was professional, precise and skilful. I can therefore say with great satisfaction that the quality and reliability of the Piombini brand, as well as the beauty and craftsmanship of its furniture, go far beyond the initial purchase: you continue to receive care and support even years later. Congratulations to the entire team and, in particular, to Loris for his professionalism and helpfulness. Highly recommended! 👏”

“Artisan quality and impeccable customer service I am extremely happy with my purchase: I chose the Tiziano chest of drawers in the distressed two-tone antique butter finish. The quality of the wood is obvious, and the 5 drawers, embellished with beautiful geometric inlays, make it a true work of art that brings warmth to the bathroom. Delivery was on time and the packaging protected it against impact. Special thanks to architect Emanuela for her impeccable assistance. You can always count on Piombini, and I can't wait to make my next purchase!”
