The pleasure of coming together.
Some places in our homes become deeply personal. Places where time slows down, everyday gestures feel natural again, and every detail adds to the pleasure of feeling at home.
D’Este brings this intimacy to life through the warmth of real wood, the elegance of openwork and the harmony of furnishings designed as a whole. The bed welcomes you, the wardrobe defines the space, and the chest of drawers and bedside tables accompany your small daily rituals.
The beauty of belonging to a place.
The wood grain, harmonious proportions and hand-applied finishes create a personal atmosphere. An understated presence that makes even the simplest gesture feel special.
Every element complements the others. Every detail adds to a sense of balance, warmth and tranquillity.
More than a bedroom to furnish. A place to make your own.
For four generations, Piombini has shaped wood with skilled hands and a deep tradition of craftsmanship. An Italian story that lives on in every room: the Piombini story.
D’Este: the value of every detail
The complete D’Este classic bedroom set, code CAM03, brings together a double bed with an openwork headboard, a three-sliding-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and an oval mirror in a complete bedroom set.
Each piece combines carefully chosen materials and proportions with Italian craftsmanship, with particular attention to structural strength, functionality and the quality of the finishes.

Real wood. Carefully considered construction.
The furniture is constructed from solid wood, blockboard and plywood, selected and used according to the characteristics and functional requirements of each piece.
The surfaces highlight the natural grain of the wood. The walnut wood decorations, frames and openwork details define the character of the D’Este collection, creating a cohesive look across the bedroom furniture.
The functional parts of mechanisms and hinges are made of brass or Zamak alloy with a bronze finish, depending on the construction of each piece.
Hand-applied finishes
Each finish is applied by hand by Italian artisans using techniques that bring out the depth of colour, subtle variations and natural beauty of the wood.
The bedroom set shown features the GRN14 Bassano Chiaro Anticato finish. Four lacquered finishes are also available: Bianco, Burro, Tortora and Nero Consumato Anticato Patinato.
In the lacquered versions, the exterior surfaces have a distressed, patinated effect, while the interior parts do not receive this treatment.
Slight differences in tone and shading are a natural result of the hand-finishing process and the characteristics of the wood.
A complete set
The bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and mirror share the same materials, finishes and decorative details. The set creates a coordinated bedroom while allowing you to choose the finish that best suits your space.
Piombini Finishes
Material, color, harmony
Piombini finishes are design choices. They are created to bring balance between furniture, light, walls, fabrics, leather and the atmosphere of the home.
Each shade has a distinct character: it brings warmth, adds depth, lightens an arrangement, gives a study a more distinguished feel or makes a bedroom more welcoming.
A finish should be chosen thoughtfully. Its value lies in the overall effect: it creates harmony, continuity and style throughout the home.
Classic Finishes
Piombini's classic finishes bring out the furniture's authentic character: the warmth of wood, the depth of handcrafted details, and the distinctive appeal of antiqued and patinated surfaces.
The collection includes one wood finish, four full lacquer finishes, and four two-tone lacquer finishes. Each option brings elegance, rich texture, and craftsmanship to classic furniture.
Wood finish
A wood finish leaves the grain and natural color variations of the material visible. It is the choice most closely tied to the tradition of classic furniture: warm, rich and full of character, bringing the natural beauty of the wood to the fore.
It complements the wood, enhancing its grain, subtle tones and understated presence that makes each piece of furniture slightly different from the next.

To maintain the quality of your furniture over time, the simplest rule is also the most effective: do as little as possible.
For routine cleaning, a soft, dry cloth is all you need. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth and dry the surface immediately.
Avoid standing water, steam, direct heat sources, radiators and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Do not use alcohol, acetone, solvents, ammonia, harsh detergents, abrasive sponges, waxes or polishes that are not specifically recommended for the furniture.
Do not place very hot, wet or damp objects directly on the surfaces.
We also recommend avoiding direct contact with silicone-based materials, such as certain feet or pads used under alarm clocks, televisions and decorative objects. Some silicones can affect the furniture's finish. To protect the surfaces, use standard felt pads instead.
Only use doilies that have not been treated with chemicals or stiffening agents applied during ironing.
Once your bedroom furniture is in place, we recommend waiting at least two weeks before placing objects on its top surfaces, to allow the finishes to settle in their new environment.
If you have any questions about caring for or using your furniture, please contact our customer support team. Our dedicated team will respond directly.

“I have come to appreciate not only the quality and beauty of the furniture, but above all the professionalism and care this furniture company extends to its customers, even years after purchase. From the very beginning, Loris from customer support was extremely helpful. He was attentive, professional and genuinely accommodating, and recommended the best solution to my problem.
Despite being approximately 700 km away, he personally went out of his way to find a qualified installer in my area, showing a level of helpfulness and customer care that is far from a given. I was delighted with the work carried out by the company he recommended, who were highly professional, precise and skilled.
I can therefore say with great satisfaction that the quality and professionalism of the Piombini brand, as well as the beauty and craftsmanship of its furniture, go well beyond the initial purchase: you continue to receive care and support even years later.
Congratulations to the entire team and, in particular, to Loris for his professionalism and helpfulness. Highly recommended! 👏”
