If you would like advice or help choosing, you can speak with Emanuela: she can help you assess dimensions, finishes, combinations, and any customization options.
Purchase terms are similar online and over the phone. With Emanuela, you can also arrange customizations and variations that require an individual assessment. Bespoke orders are finalized over the phone.
How you can pay
When shopping online, you can choose from the payment methods available at the time of purchase. More options are added over time: you can find details on the Payment methods page and check which options are available for your order at checkout.
For phone orders, payment is accepted only by bank transfer, following the instructions in your order confirmation.

Each order is prepared specifically for the customer: we do not keep finished furniture in stock ready to ship, apart from a few rare exceptions in the Archive.
Even pre-built furniture from the Archive goes through every stage of production again before dispatch. For the rare items that are ready to ship, we confirm the shipping timeframe for the product purchased.

It usually takes around 40 working days from receipt of payment for the furniture to be completed, packed and ready for loading.
This is approximately eight weeks, excluding public holidays and closure periods. Any changes to this timeframe are assessed based on the product and the agreed work.

Once the furniture is finished and packed, we arrange shipping.
Delivery times depend on the destination, the service selected and the carrier's schedule. We share shipping and delivery information with you as updates become available.
