Shipping and delivery

Italy, excluding Sardinia

For standard delivery, we ask only for a €89 contribution towards transport costs. Delivery is made exclusively to the roadside.

Sardinia

The contribution towards transport costs is also €89. Standard delivery is made exclusively to the truck’s tailgate.

Delivery inside the home or to an upper floor, and assembly, are not included in the standard service. These services may be requested separately. We will check whether they are available in the delivery area and provide a cost estimate before the order is placed.

Other European Union countries

The website displays a flat-rate transport charge before the order is submitted. After submission, our team checks the amount and confirms it with the customer. If the charge differs, we will communicate the new amount and proceed only after the customer accepts it.

Countries outside the European Union, including those in Europe

These orders are supplied on EXW (Ex Works) terms.

Dispatch times

Orders are generally dispatched approximately 40 days after payment is received. Any different timeframe will be communicated.
