The contemporary COMP01 Modigliani wall unit gives shape to the living room with a long wooden base, suspended wall units, and a shelf that leads the eye. The television finds its place. The room retains its own character.
Walnut, lacquer, and Comete carving
In the photographed composition, Natural Walnut meets the white lacquered finish of the open wall units. The Comete carving runs across the fronts: a recognizable handcrafted mark, engraved in the wood with precision.
The base units store everyday objects. The open spaces hold books and cherished things. The wall unit brings order and gives the home the freedom to tell the story of those who live there.
The wall unit consists of base units, wall cabinets, and a shelf. Below you will find the included elements, with codes and measurements in centimetres.

Materials and construction
The bases have straight frontals. The structures and front panels of the base units are made of blockboard, externally veneered in real Canaletto walnut or ash and finished internally in anegre.
The carving Comets characterizes the decorated fronts of the base units and the wall cabinet door. The flap door features a push-pull opening; the deep drawer runners have soft-close closing.

Canaletto walnut: grain and depth
The Canaletto Walnut is available in five finishes that enhance its grain: from natural and warm tones to more understated and contemporary ones. The three lacquered finishes White, Onyx, and Dove Grey retain a natural, light porosity that lets you feel the material beneath the lacquer.
Frassino with open pores: the material takes center stage
The ash stands out for its pronounced grain pattern and the porosity of the wood. The four finishes ranging from Natural to warm Hazelnut, through to Grey and Tobacco. In the three lacquered versions White, Onyx, and Dove Grey: the grain and open pore remain visible and may also be pronounced.
Handcrafted finishes
All finishes are done by hand. The glaze enhances the character of real wood and adds light and depth not only to the piece of furniture, but also to the living room. The finish also helps protect the surfaces over time.
Care and maintenance
For best preserve the beauty of the finish, the less you do, the better. For everyday cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth. Only if necessary, wipe with a barely damp cloth and dry immediately.
Wait at least two weeks from delivery before placing objects on painted surfaces. Use felt pads under objects, avoiding silicone ones. Any doilies must be free of sizing agents, starches, or chemical products.
Avoid standing water, steam, heat sources, and direct, prolonged exposure to sunlight. Do not use alcohol, solvents, ammonia, harsh detergents, abrasives, waxes, or polishes. If you have any doubts about caring for the wall, you can contact our customer service.

Piombini finishes are design choices. They are created to bring balance between furniture, light, walls, fabrics, leather and the atmosphere of the home.

To maintain the quality of your furniture over time, the simplest rule is also the most effective: do as little as possible.
For routine cleaning, a soft, dry cloth is all you need. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth and dry the surface immediately.
Avoid standing water, steam, direct heat sources, radiators and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Do not use alcohol, acetone, solvents, ammonia, harsh detergents, abrasive sponges, waxes or polishes that are not specifically recommended for the furniture.
Do not place very hot, wet or damp objects directly on the surfaces.
We also recommend avoiding direct contact with silicone-based materials, such as certain feet or pads used under alarm clocks, televisions and decorative objects. Some silicones can affect the furniture's finish. To protect the surfaces, use standard felt pads instead.
Only use doilies that have not been treated with chemicals or stiffening agents applied during ironing.
Once your bedroom furniture is in place, we recommend waiting at least two weeks before placing objects on its top surfaces, to allow the finishes to settle in their new environment.
