Storage bed in solid wood

The storage bed is the heart of the bedroom. The solid wood structure, the pierced headboard, and the included slatted base with lifting system combine visual presence and everyday functionality, offering useful internal storage without altering the elegance of the classic D’Este style.

Classic dresser with secret compartment

The D’Este dresser combines storage capacity and proportion. The five drawers provide organized space for the bedroom, while the secret compartment adds a discreet detail, designed to hold small personal items with elegance.

The walnut wood decorations and the soft lines of the front enhance the presence of the piece, making it not only functional, but also a key part of the bedroom’s balance.

Coordinated three-drawer nightstands

The two nightstands complete the bed with coherence and everyday practicality. The three drawers make it easy to organize what you need close at hand, maintaining order, proportion, and stylistic continuity.

Their presence on either side of the bed creates symmetry, warmth, and a sense of room: small pieces of furniture, but essential for giving the space completeness.

Oval pierced mirror: a distinctive D’Este feature

The oval pierced mirror is one of the most recognizable elements of the D’Este collection. Even on its own, it has the impact of a decorative piece of furniture: a carved frame, light in appearance and rich in craftsmanship, able to bring character to the wall and depth to the room.

Its unique design complements the dresser with elegance, while retaining its own presence. It is included in the composition as a Piombini gift: a valuable detail, designed to make the bedroom more harmonious, complete, and personal.

Materials and construction

The set is made of solid wood, with a structure in solid wood, blockboard, and plywood, selected according to the structural function of each individual piece. This combination provides stability, strength, and long-lasting durability.

The walnut wood decorations, the pierced headboard, the proportions of the storage pieces, and the care taken in assembly express the classic language of the D’Este collection: Italian craftsmanship designed to combine beauty, function, and value.

Hand-finished

D’Este finishes are hand-worked with artisanal steps that enhance the grain of the wood, the depth of the surfaces, and the natural elegance of the shapes. Each shade is applied and finished to follow the grain, not cover it.

The slight color variations, nuances, and sensitivity of the artisan’s hand make each piece different from the next. This is a feature of true hand-crafted wood, not a flaw: it is part of its value.

Care and maintenance

To preserve the quality of the wood and finishes over time, no special treatments are needed. In general, the less you treat the surfaces, the better they retain their original appearance.

It is enough to dust the furniture with a soft, dry cloth. For routine cleaning, when needed, a slightly damp cloth can be used, drying the surface immediately afterward.

After delivery and assembly, we recommend waiting at least two weeks before placing objects on shelves and tops. This allows the finish to settle in the environment.

It is important not to place objects directly on the furniture that have caps, feet, or bases made of silicone and similar materials, as is often the case with alarm clocks, televisions, and small appliances. Some of these substances can release components that may mark or damage the finish.

To protect the surfaces, it is better to use standard felt pads, clean and intact.

Doilies, lace, and decorative fabrics must also be free of sizing, starch, perfumes, or other chemical products used during ironing to keep their crease. These substances can transfer to the surface and alter the finish.

Avoid standing water, steam, direct heat sources, radiators, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Do not use alcohol, acetone, solvents, ammonia, harsh detergents, abrasive sponges, waxes, or polishing products.
