There are TV units designed simply to support a screen.
And there are pieces designed to build the entire living room wall.
The Modigliani 4-door TV Unit was created with this second philosophy.
With its 240 cm width, it creates a strong yet balanced presence, able to enhance large televisions and contemporary spaces where order, proportion, and build quality make all the difference.
The contoured lines visually lighten the unit's generous dimensions, while the clean design of the doors and the exclusive Comete decoration worked in relief become distinctive elements of a collection that does not follow passing trends, but instead seeks balance and personality.
The result is a piece of furniture that does not dominate the room, but organizes it.
Behind the contemporary look lies a design created to offer real functionality.
The four doors make it possible to make the most of the unit's full width, creating large, easily accessible compartments for electronic devices, accessories, and items to keep tidy yet always within easy reach.
The groove opening eliminates handles and unnecessary elements, maintaining clean lines and ensuring practical, intuitive use.
Inside, every space is designed to accommodate modern technology without compromise, keeping the living room's look neat and cohesive at all times.
At the centre of the composition is the Comete decoration, an exclusive finish that defines the Modigliani collection.
This is not a superficial application, but a process carried out directly on the wood that creates depth, movement, and different plays of light throughout the day.
It is a detail that draws attention without being intrusive and gives the piece its identity while maintaining a contemporary and elegant aesthetic language.
The LED lighting is not a simple accessory, but an integral part of the design.
The light enhances the unit's contoured profile and helps create a welcoming atmosphere in the evening hours, emphasizing the shapes and visually lightening the structure.
The LED system is dimmable by remote control, making it easy to adjust the light intensity according to the needs of the room and the moment.
The quality of a piece of furniture is recognized above all in the details that often remain hidden.
For this reason, the Modigliani collection includes solutions dedicated to the tidy management of cables and electronic devices.
The rear cable routing makes it possible to connect televisions, set-top boxes, consoles, and audio systems without crushing the connections between the unit and the wall.
The dedicated opening in the back panel makes it easier to pass plugs and power supplies through and also helps promote the natural dissipation of the heat generated by the devices stored inside.
These are details that rarely appear in the main photographs, but become evident every day when using the unit.
Since 1925, we have been making furniture designed to last over time, to be used every day, and to retain its value even after many years.
This Modigliani TV Unit is also created with the same philosophy: selected materials, careful craftsmanship, and technical solutions designed to truly work.
Because quality is not seen only in the design.
It is recognized above all over time.

The Modigliani TV Cabinet is made with a frame of blockboard wood panels veneered in genuine Canaletto Walnut, a solution chosen to ensure strength, stability, and long-lasting durability.
The doors, on the other hand, are made of plywood veneered in Canaletto Walnut on the outside and finished in Anegre wood veneer on the inside. A technical choice that makes it possible to achieve precision craftsmanship, structural reliability, and a refined finish even in the parts of the cabinet that are normally less visible.
The top, bottoms, sides, and fronts are crafted with care to create a cohesive and harmonious structure, able to maintain its aesthetic quality and structural solidity over time.
The character of the Modigliani collection comes from a design that involves the entire architecture of the cabinet.
The shaping does not affect only the doors, but continues into the top, the bottoms, the side rebates, and the structural elements that define the overall profile of the composition.
To achieve this result, molds developed specifically for the Modigliani design are used, necessary to create the curves and shapes that characterize the cabinet.
This is a more complex process than making traditional flat elements, but it is essential to achieve the visual balance that makes the collection instantly recognizable.
The doors open by means of a finger pull built directly under the top of the cabinet, eliminating the need for applied handles and preserving the clean lines that define the Modigliani collection.
This element, too, is part of the cabinet's shaped design.
The finger pull follows the design of the structure and is made through artisan craftsmanship involving the top, fronts, and structural parts directly.
It is not an accessory added later, but a solution integrated into the design from the very beginning.
The result is an opening system that is practical, intuitive, and aesthetically consistent with the cabinet's identity.
One detail that tells the story of the Modigliani TV Cabinet's build quality is found in an area that is normally not visible once the cabinet is installed.
On the underside of the doors, the panel structure is intentionally left visible, a choice that reflects the quality of the material used and the desire not to conceal the product's structural substance.
These are details that rarely find space in traditional technical data sheets, but they say a great deal about the way Piombini approaches furniture manufacturing.
The four doors make it possible to use the full width of the cabinet to best advantage, creating large, easily accessible storage spaces.
Each compartment connects to the adjacent one through dedicated technical openings integrated into the internal dividers, allowing cables to pass neatly from one compartment to another.
This makes it possible to freely arrange set-top boxes, consoles, audio systems, modems, media players, and other electronic equipment without position constraints.
The back of the cabinet incorporates dedicated solutions for tidy cable management.
The technical openings in the back panel allow cables, plugs, and power supplies to pass through, making it easier to connect electronic devices.
The cable brush integrated into the top also makes it possible to connect the television while keeping the cables tidy and preventing them from being crushed between the cabinet and the wall.
The rear technical space also helps promote the natural dissipation of the heat generated by the equipment inside the cabinet.
The Modigliani TV Cabinet incorporates a dimmable LED lighting system controlled by remote.
The light enhances the cabinet's shaped profile, highlights the design of the composition, and helps create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere in the living area.
The intensity can be adjusted according to needs and the time of day.
The Modigliani collection is available in various wood and lacquered finishes, designed to suit different contemporary interior styles.
The wood finishes enhance the depth and grain of Canaletto Walnut, while the lacquered versions offer a more essential and modern interpretation of the design.
Each finish is carried out with artisan care to preserve the cabinet's aesthetic balance and quality.
Since 1925, Piombini has been making wooden furniture built to stand the test of time.
Each Modigliani TV Cabinet is created from the meeting of artisan expertise, thoughtful design, and carefully executed craftsmanship, with the aim of offering a product capable of maintaining its value, functionality, and elegance even after many years of use.
The quality of a piece of furniture is not measured only by its appearance, but above all by the care with which it is designed and built.
It is precisely this philosophy that has continued to guide Piombini's work for over a century.
