Modern Modular Wall Unit in Walnut and Ash | Modigliani Piombini

Modular Modern Wall Unit Modigliani: contemporary elegance and Piombini craftsmanship

Modular Modern Wall Unit in Canaletto Walnut by Piombini, a furnishing proposal designed to turn the living room into an elegant, functional, and deeply personal space. Clean geometry meets the warmth of wood, creating a refined balance between contemporary design and Italian artisanal culture.

The Modigliani collection was created for those who want a modern living area that is not cold, essential yet full of character. The suspended volumes lighten the wall, while the storage bases provide order, practicality, and a strong aesthetic presence.

The hand-carved decorative detail, a distinctive feature of the collection, enhances the piece with discretion and personality. It is not decoration for its own sake, but an artisanal signature that speaks to Piombini quality and makes each composition instantly recognizable.

Canaletto Walnut and Ash: two styles for a custom living room

This modular wall unit can be made in either Canaletto Walnut or Ash, offering different aesthetic solutions while remaining true to the identity of the Modigliani collection.

Canaletto Walnut expresses warmth, depth, and natural elegance. Ash, on the other hand, conveys a brighter, more contemporary, more tactile look, ideal for modern spaces where wood remains the star without weighing down the room.

The available finishes make it possible to customize the piece according to the furnishing project, choosing from natural, deep, moka, ash-toned, and lacquered or open-pore variations.

A modern living room piece, designed to last

The Modigliani wall unit is not just a solution for the TV or storage: it is a furnishing system designed to build order, style, and lasting value over time. Every element contributes to creating a balanced, welcoming, and distinctive living room.

Since 1925, Piombini has been making furniture built to last, combining craftsmanship, aesthetic research, and attention to build quality. Even in the most modern lines, the artisan’s hand remains the true distinguishing feature.

Care and Maintenance

To preserve the quality of the furniture over time, the simplest rule is also the most effective: do as little as possible.

For routine cleaning, simply use a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, a slightly damp cloth may be used, drying the surface immediately afterward.

Avoid standing water, steam, direct heat sources, radiators, and prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Do not use alcohol, acetone, solvents, ammonia, harsh detergents, abrasive sponges, waxes, or polishing products not specifically intended for the furniture.

Do not place very hot, wet, or damp objects directly on the surfaces.

It is also recommended not to place silicone-based materials directly on the surfaces, such as some pads or supports used under alarm clocks, televisions, and decorative objects. Some silicones may alter the furniture’s finish. To protect the surfaces, it is preferable to use ordinary felt pads.

Doilies should only be used if they have not been treated with chemical products or fixing substances applied during ironing.

After the bedroom furniture has been installed, we recommend waiting at least two weeks before placing objects on the top surfaces, so that the finishes can stabilize in the environment.
