Console and Large Extendable Rectangular Table – Tiziano

Space, in its right measure

In the life of a home, space is not always measured the same way.

Tiziano begins as a console, with an elegant and understated presence. It accompanies everyday life without imposing itself, leaving the room in balance and free.

When the home opens up to family and friends, its form extends to become a large rectangular table 3 metres long. The size changes, not the character.

It is this natural ease that makes it special: the ability to be compact every day and generous when the occasion calls for it. From the entrance hall to the living room, from everyday life to important moments, Tiziano follows the home without forcing it into a single function.

The proportions remain harmonious in every configuration. The design retains its balance; the wood and hand-finished details bring depth, warmth, and that slight irregularity that belongs to authentic things.

The warmer tones express its classic soul. The lacquered, worn, and patinated finishes give it a brighter, more contemporary presence. Different interpretations of the same way of living: personal, measured, made to last.

The value of things done well

Since 1925, four generations of Piombini have worked wood and built furniture designed to become part of people’s lives.

Knowledge of materials, care for proportions, and the time devoted to finishing give shape to a quality that does not try to show off. It is recognised in the way the piece lives in the home, today and in the years to come.

Tiziano captures a large table in the elegance of a console. Space changes. Value remains.

Care and Maintenance

To preserve the quality of the furniture over time, the simplest rule is also the most effective: do as little as possible.

For routine cleaning, simply use a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, a slightly damp cloth may be used, drying the surface immediately afterward.

Avoid standing water, steam, direct heat sources, radiators, and prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Do not use alcohol, acetone, solvents, ammonia, harsh detergents, abrasive sponges, waxes, or polishing products not specifically intended for the furniture.

Do not place very hot, wet, or damp objects directly on the surfaces.

It is also recommended not to place silicone-based materials directly on the surfaces, such as some pads or supports used under alarm clocks, televisions, and decorative objects. Some silicones may alter the furniture’s finish. To protect the surfaces, it is preferable to use ordinary felt pads.

Doilies should only be used if they have not been treated with chemical products or fixing substances applied during ironing.

After the bedroom furniture has been installed, we recommend waiting at least two weeks before placing objects on the top surfaces, so that the finishes can stabilize in the environment.
