Before delivery, each piece of furniture returns to our workshop, where our artisans perform a thorough quality control, inspect every component, and prepare the furniture according to the same standards as Piombini production. A bookcase that transcends time
The D'Este Classic Bookcase with three sliding doors was created to hold much more than books and objects. It was created to become part of the home, accompanying its history with the same elegance with which it was built.
This proposal now enters the Piombini Archive as a photographic sample of the brand. A piece of furniture made to represent the D'Este collection and now available for a new home.
A limited availability
Only five pieces are available in the finishes indicated in this sheet.
Once these are assigned, this proposal will no longer be available within the Piombini Archive.
The value of design
The three sliding glass doors define the identity of the D'Este bookcase. An elegant and functional system that protects what is stored and gives balance to the entire composition.
The proportions, the important structure, and the harmony of the lines allow the bookcase to naturally furnish studies, living rooms, and reception areas, without following trends but maintaining its value over time.

The Canaletto Walnut decoration represents one of the distinctive elements of the D'Este collection. A craftsmanship that recalls the best tradition of Italian cabinet-making and gives depth, elegance, and recognizability to the furniture.
Every detail is born to be observed even after many years, maintaining its aesthetic balance intact.

Selected woods, adjustable shelves, sliding doors, and artisan craftsmanship come together in a bookcase designed to accompany the home through generations.
Piombini finishes enhance the natural materiality of wood, allowing its grain, depth, and authenticity to emerge.

This proposal is available in only five units, used exclusively as photographic samples for the Piombini brand.
The availability is as follows:
- GRN14 Bassano Light Antiqued: 2 units
- 1515 White Worn Antiqued Patinated: 1 unit
- 2626 Butter Worn Antiqued Patinated: 1 unit
- 2828 Dove Grey Worn Antiqued Patinated: 1 unit
- 1919 Black Worn Antiqued Patinated: 1 unit
Once these five units are sold out, this proposal will no longer be available in the Piombini Archivio.
Materials and construction
Each bookcase is made using selected materials and processes carried out according to the tradition of Italian artisanal carpentry.
- Structure, frames, flat bands, door frames and base: solid Toulipier wood.
- Sides, bottoms, partitions, backrests, door panels and shelves: blockboard veneered in Tanganyika Anegre.
- Exclusive D'Este decorations: genuine Canaletto Walnut wood.
- Doors: three sliding doors with ground glass.
- Shelves: adjustable.
- Hardware: brass and zama alloy selected to ensure reliability and long life.
