Classic Double Bed with Curved Wooden Footboard – Visconti

Classic Double Bed with Shaped Footboard – Arte Visconti

An elegance sculpted over time, between contoured shapes and Italian craftsmanship

Harmonious lines, perforated details, and a soul made entirely of wood: this classic double bed is a true declaration of love for the art of craftsmanship. The shaped headboard and footboard are finely carved, an authentic expression of Italian craftsmanship by Piombini, which has been passing down timeless beauty for four generations.

Strong, functional, without sacrificing charm

Equipped with three height-adjustable crossbars, it ensures maximum stability for a 160x195 cm bed frame, which can also be placed without legs. Every detail combines aesthetics and functionality to offer daily comfort and lasting value.

Customization and finishes: a masterpiece tailored for you

In the photo we see it in the precious finish GRN14 Bassano Light Antique, with warm shades and light patinas on the edges, which enhance its profile and depth. But it is also available in four exclusive lacquered finishes, to suit every decor style:

• The lacquered finishes they are made with a handcrafted multi-layer lacquer, externally finished with worn and patinated effect, for a worn but very elegant look.

• The interiors, on the other hand, remain smooth lacquered, without gloss or signs of wear, for a perfect balance between aesthetics and functional cleanliness.

Why choose a bed like this?

Because it represents much more than a piece of furniture: it is a gesture of love towards your home. It unites beauty, solidity, tradition, and customization possibilities, creating an ideal balance between form and substance. It is perfect for those who want a significant but harmonious piece of furniture, capable of adding value to the entire environment.

How to match and integrate it

This bed pairs perfectly with dressers, nightstands, and mirrors of the same style Visconti Art Collection, maintaining a classic and noble stylistic coherence. Thanks to its understated elegance, it can also blend into already furnished rooms, bringing a touch of art where refinement is needed. It pairs beautifully with natural fabrics, light curtains, and neutral rugs that enhance its volumes and shapes.

Piombini. Where your home becomes history, and every night a dream carved in wood.

Care and Maintenance

To preserve the quality of the furniture over time, the simplest rule is also the most effective: do as little as possible.

For routine cleaning, simply use a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, a slightly damp cloth may be used, drying the surface immediately afterward.

Avoid standing water, steam, direct heat sources, radiators, and prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Do not use alcohol, acetone, solvents, ammonia, harsh detergents, abrasive sponges, waxes, or polishing products not specifically intended for the furniture.

Do not place very hot, wet, or damp objects directly on the surfaces.

It is also recommended not to place silicone-based materials directly on the surfaces, such as some pads or supports used under alarm clocks, televisions, and decorative objects. Some silicones may alter the furniture’s finish. To protect the surfaces, it is preferable to use ordinary felt pads.

Doilies should only be used if they have not been treated with chemical products or fixing substances applied during ironing.

After the bedroom furniture has been installed, we recommend waiting at least two weeks before placing objects on the top surfaces, so that the finishes can stabilize in the environment.
