The promising party therefore declares that it accepts the purchase of the goods on a “as seen and liked” basis in the state in which they are in fact and in law. The parties, however, acknowledge each other’s perfect good faith, knowledge of the object and of any defects as far as these are visible and ascertainable and known to the parties.
