NEW END-OF-SERIES PRODUCT – DELIVERY WITHIN 30 DAYS
The selection of products relating to the “Save with Style” campaign are not subject to the right of withdrawal: the above-mentioned items derive from third-party uses including, to name but a few: photo shoots, showroom displays, sample collections. In this regard, it is hereby notified that the above-mentioned goods may have minor cosmetic defects that would not, in fact, affect their mere use. The promising party therefore declares that it accepts the purchase of the goods on a “as seen and liked” basis in the state in which they are in fact and in law. The parties, however, acknowledge each other’s perfect good faith, knowledge of the object and of any defects as far as these are visible and ascertainable and known to the parties.
