The O160 Network combines tradition, quality and strength. It is made with a 40×33 frame strengthened by an inner subframe on the short side at the weld. The corners are bent and free of holes, and the slots for housing and supporting the slats are obtained by bending rather than cutting the tube: this allows for greater strength of the tube. The frame is painted with scratch-resistant powder coating. It has rigidity adjusters with double slats.

FRAME FINISH
The 40×33 cm frame is painted in “Dolphin” color with scratch-resistant powder paint. In addition, the slots for housing and supporting the staves made of multilayer beech wood are obtained by bending and not by cutting the tube: this allows for greater strength of the bent tube.

BENT CORNER WITHOUT DRILLING
The corners of the “O160” mattress base are made by folding, without ever drilling holes in the frame.
